Wellness in mind, body and spirit is important to your success at university.
Health and Wellness initiatives are staffed by trained service providers (family physicians, personal counsellors, registered nurses, psychologists, psychiatrists and wellness educators).
The following are some of the services available to you.
Student Health Services
You can receive a wide array of health services through Student Health Services’ appointment-based clinic. You can receive medical care, allergy injections, immunizations and more.
You can access free psychological services from a member of the clinic’s multidisciplinary team, which includes psychiatrists, physician psychotherapists and social workers to meet the varying needs of students. If you are feeling overwhelmed, confused or unsure of your mental health state, contact us to take the steps to help yourself.
Western offers a variety of services and several mental health resources for students, staff and faculty to help lead a healthier, more balanced life.
Wellness Education Centre
The Wellness Education Centre is a central hub to support multidimensional aspects of wellness among all students at Western through educational programming, space and resources.
