Well-Being

Overview

Wellness in mind, body and spirit is important to your success at university.

Brock’s Health Services is staffed by trained service providers (family physicians, personal counsellors, registered nurses, psychologists, psychiatrists and wellness educators).

The following are some of the services available to you through Student Health Services (SHS).

Health Services

SHS is committed to delivering high-quality health care services in a professional and confidential manner. Maintaining optimal health – both mental and physical – will help you to be more successful in meeting your educational goals. Student Health Services offers appointments, forms, resources and a Student Health and Wellness HUB.

Counselling Services

Confidential mental health support is available to help you lead a healthier and more balanced life.

SHS physicians and nurses, a mental health nurse, psychiatrists and an eating disorder specialist are available to work collaboratively with you to provide you with an assessment and counselling. These support staff can help you understand what you are experiencing, offer support and discuss possible treatment.
